What form of Magnesium is best to treat Asthma?
Ive been doing research on asthma and have found that Magnesium can enjoy a bronchodialating effect on the lungs during an attack..So my question is which form of magnesium is good for this?

Insoluble forms/inorganic salts: chloride, carbonate, oxide.
