Any at home asthma cures?

Sometimes, I feel as if my inhaler is just not satisfactory. I didn't know if there were any vitamins, teas or anything that might ease asthma attacks?

Don't know about vitamins or teas that will facilitate, but I do know that swimming is the best exercise to help strengthen your lungs. Swim as much as you can this summer. It has help my son tremendously over the years!
this was a problem for me a while ago. i enjoy found the best solution for while i am in the house. go find yourself a allergen filter for your house.you can go to walmart for it and it helps tremendously. i know small things set me past its sell-by date and this is helped more than u could know!
Have new nouns filters put in your nouns system. Don't let pets in the house or at tiniest keep them out of the bed room. Wash your hands and obverse upon coming in from the outside. Take all your asthma and allergy controlling medication every day.

Asthma is an allergy. It can not be cured but CAN be managed. And yes you can hold asthma at any age.
