Answers:
No but if you have asthma it can label it worse
Not sure on that but If pneumonia is severe enough and the fluid build up surrounded by your lungs is bad . You can become short of breath . It will be hard to breath and any chunky or to much activity can cause you to be fatiugued and drastically tired. You will cough a lot and that can tire you out. Feel tired and weak even. But it is something that when it get bad should be treated by a doctor.
Very unlikely to have anything to do near your experience at four years old.If you are having trouble breathing consequently you must consult with your doctor. Don't put this off it's your natural life we're talking about. If you hold something he/she can treat easily it will avoid future problems and the nearer they catch it the better.
God bless.
